Attendance for all mock interviews scheduled by A Genome Research is compulsory. Absence will be strictly monitored and reflected in the performance report.
Active participation in interpersonal and soft-skill sessions is mandatory. This component carries 50% weightage in the overall evaluation. Lack of participation will negatively impact the final assessment.
Students must score a minimum of 50% in all domain-related examinations. Failure to meet this criterion will result in disqualification from placement activities.
To be eligible for placements, candidates must successfully clear mock interviews conducted by the Placement Committee. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for placement opportunities.
(Participation in mock interviews is mandatory as it prepares candidates for real interviews and ensures they meet the standards expected by recruiters. Candidates who fail to clear mock interviews may lack the required readiness for actual placements.)
Payment Policy
All fees paid to A Genome Research are strictly non-refundable.
Fee payments must be made as per the prescribed instalment schedule. Any delay or irregularity in payments will be taken seriously and may directly impact placement eligibility.
Other Information
Continuous unavailability for placement-related calls or communications may result in disciplinary action or forfeiture of placement opportunities.
Students who independently secure placement opportunities will be considered as placed.
Students placed through A Genome Research who opt out of the offered placement for any reason will be marked as placed and will not be eligible for further placement opportunities.
A Genome Research reserves the right to debar any candidate for inappropriate behaviour that may harm the reputation of the institute.
Declaration
By participating in placement activities, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
By taking admission, students pledge to fulfil all the criteria mentioned above and accept all terms and conditions of A Genome Research.
